- Price includes all materials, tanks, cabinets, lightings, livestock and 3 months bi monthly maintenance.
- Prices in brackets are original price before promotional discount of 10% and are valid while stock lasts!

Terms & Conditions:
1. The price listed on the page is valid at the time of printing and does not reflect market changes. Any changes in value not exceeding 5% or SGD$10(whichever is lower) will be borne by the company (Exotica Pets Paradiso).
2. The company does not provide product warranty for all hardware except for in house brand. All hardware defects will be claimable via the local distributor/manufacturer.
3. The company reserves the rights to use any nano tanks not indicated unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
4. In the event where any component is unavailable, the company reserves every right to replace it with a component, with the same function, of similar or lower value. The difference (if any) will be absorbed by the company as administrative charges.
5. The company will provide FOC replacement of flora/fauna only during the run in maintenance period. All other addition/replacement post during the run in period will be charge according to market rates.
